In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries and property damage, defendants Madonna and Ready Service Co. Inc. (sued herein as Ready Service Transportation), appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated February 1, 1961, which denied their motion, made pursuant to section 181 of the Civil Practice Act and rule 156 of the Rules of Civil Practice, to dismiss the complaint for lack of prosecution. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Beldock, P.J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Christ and Brennan, JJ., concur.
