Action to recover damages for libel. Orders granting defendants' motions to dismiss the complaint on the ground that it fails to state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action, and judgment entered thereon, unanimously affirmed, with one bill of ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion.
