Kathleen W. Lou Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Travis A. Greaves Judge

On March 18, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision and Settlement Stipulation. Upon review, the Court notes that, although the Settlement Stipulation states that a Statement of Account (Form 3623) is attached thereto for the taxable year 2017, no such document appears to have been so attached.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' above-referenced Settlement Stipulation is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 1, 2022, the parties shall file a revised settlement stipulation.
