Respondent-appellant having moved for leave to appeal from two orders of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about February 14, 2020 and March 5, 2020, to stay enforcement and any further proceedings arising out of those orders, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, and to vacate the order of protection for the child Renzo L. Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of granting respondent-appellant leave to appeal the aforementioned orders; the motion is otherwise denied.
