Jack Kasbergen and Ellie Kasbergen 2016 CRAT, Jacquelyn Kasbergen, Trustee, et al Petitioner, v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge

These cases are on the February 12, 2024 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. Petitioners moved without objection to continue them. We spoke with the parties today and they agree that they have settled most issues, with the only remaining problem being one of accounting to prevent some double counting in their computations. The cases seem well on its way to settlement, so it is

ORDERED that the above-docketed cases are consolidated for trial, briefing, and opinion. It is also

ORDERED that petitioners' December 4, 2023 motions to continue are granted in that these cases are stricken from the Court's February 12, 2024 trial calendar. It is also

ORDERED that this division of the Court retains jurisdiction. It is also

ORDERED that on or before March 12, 2024 the parties submit settlement documents or file a status report on their progress in settling the case or narrowing the issues to be tried.
