ORDER
Mark Karscig appeals the grant of summary judgment in favor of American Family Mutual Insurance Company on the insurer's action for a declaratory judgment to determine coverage under several vehicle liability insurance policies. Karscig was injured when Jennifer McConville, driving a car owned and insured by McConville's parents, struck a motorcycle on which Karscig was riding. The trial court determined that American Family was liable only under the policy owned by McConville's parents and written on the car driven by McConville.
This court concludes there were no genuine issues of material fact in dispute and American Family was entitled to summary judgment as a matter of law. A lengthy opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose. The parties have been provided a memorandum of the court's reasoning. Judgment affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
