ORDER

Courtney D. Jones Judge.

On October 8, 2021, respondent filed a status report and advised that a basis for settlement was reached. The undersigned retained jurisdiction and directed the parties to file a proposed decision or a status report by December 13, 2021. On December 10, 2021, the parties filed a status report. Therein, they reported that a review of the previously proposed settlement led the parties to revise the related adjustments. Further, the parties reported that a new set of adjustments and settlement should occur after the revised computations are completed.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 1, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision, or status report to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case.
