DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 15, 2021. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of the order as vacated the notice of pendency or, in the alternative, in effect, to stay enforcement of so much of the order as permits the respondents to sell the subject real property, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Cross motion by the respondents to direct the appellant to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain material and to impose sanctions upon the appellant.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are denied.
