The judgment is modified by vacating paragraph I and paragraph J, substituting for the amount of $31,159.15 in paragraph G the amount of $45,007.63, and adding to paragraph G the provision: "The damages of $45,007.63 shall be doubled so City Bank shall pay Firestone $90,015.26 for a wilful and knowing violation of c. 93A." As so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
