By Notice served December 5, 2023, this case is calendared for trial at the Court's San Francisco, California trial session commencing April 2, 2024. On February 29, 2024, petitioners filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely. On March 11, 2024, respondent informally advised the Court that he has no objection to the granting of petitioners' Motion.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Proceed Remotely is granted, in that this case is stricken for trial and continued generally from the Court's April 2, 2024, San Francisco, California trial session, and this case will be added to a future remote session of the Court.
