Pending before the Court in this case is petitioners' Motion for Extension of Time to Complete or Supplement Administrative Record, for Striking of Improper Objectionable Matter in Such Record and for Continuance of Trial, filed December 26, 2023, and respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed January 17, 2024. On February 1, 2024, the Court held a conference call with the parties in this case. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that, should petitioner wish to file a motion with respect to the administrative record in this case, petitioner should file that motion on or before March 1, 2024. Upon filing of that motion, the Court will then give respondent an opportunity to respond.

The parties are reminded that the responses to the motions referenced in the Court's Order served January 22, 2024, remain due on February 12, 2024.
