ORDER
Upon review of the Stipulation submitted by the parties (Doc. 97) it is hereby ORDERED, that the parties' Stipulation, wherein Defendant agrees to not seek statutory costs in exchange for Plaintiff agreeing to not appeal the verdict of the jury (Doc. 94, filed July 22, 2010) and/or entry of Judgment for the Defendant (Doc. 95, filed July 22, 2010), is hereby affirmed, adopted, and ratified.
