This case is calendared for trial at the Court's June 10, 2024, Anchorage, Alaska trial session. On May 10, 2024, respondent filed a status report informing the Court that a basis for settlement had been reached and requesting additional time to submit a proposed stipulated decision. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on June 10, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before July 15, 2024, file a Proposed Stipulated Decision or joint Status Report as to the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
