ORDER
Pursuant to this Court's July 23, 2020 order, John Warren, Dallas County Clerk, filed a supplemental clerk's record. Before the Court is the parties' August 7, 2020 joint motion to correct that record and to extend the time to file appellant's brief. The parties complain that the supplemental clerk's record does not contain all of the requested documents, some of the documents are confidential and should be sealed, and some of the documents are of poor photocopy quality. We GRANT the motion as follows. We STRIKE the supplemental clerk's record filed on July 31, 2020. We ORDER Mr. Warren to file a corrected supplemental clerk's record containing all of the documents requested by appellant in good photocopy quality. Appellant's request for the supplemental clerk's record is attached as Exhibit A to the parties' motion filed with this Court. A copy of the motion is enclosed.
Regarding the confidential exhibits, the parties attach to their motion as Exhibit B the trial court's May 18, 2020 letter to the Dallas County Clerk. That letter states, in part: "[a]ttached to this letter are three exhibits, which were submitted to this Court via email for the Court's in camera review: Exhibit A, Exhibit B, and Exhibit C. These confidential exhibits are part of the trial court's record and must be filed as confidential." Accordingly, we further ORDER Mr. Warren to submit these three exhibits in a sealed supplemental clerk's record.
Mr. Warren shall file both the supplemental clerk's record and sealed supplemental clerk's record by August 21, 2020.
We extend the time for appellant to file his brief on the merits to September 10, 2020.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Mr. Warren and all parties.
