STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL


THIS MATTER, having been opened to the Court by McCusker, Anselmi, Rosen, Carvelli Walsh, P.C., attorneys for plaintiff, for entry of an Order pursuant to Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

THE ABOVE MATTER, having been amicably adjusted and settled by and between plaintiff Ramin Kamfar ("Kamfar") and defendant New World Restaurant Group, Inc. ("New World") (collectively, the "Parties"), Kamfar and New World hereby STIPULATE and AGREE, as evidenced by the undersigned counsel below, to dismiss voluntarily all claims as against all Parties, with prejudice and without costs pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
