Opinion

Case No. 5D02-2503

Opinion filed August 14, 2002.

Petition for Certiorari Review of Order from the Circuit Court for Lake County, Barbara Gurrola, Judge.

Mark P. Rabinowitz, Esq. and Seymour Benson of Carlton Fields, P.A., Orlando, and Marcia K. Lippincott, P.A., Lake Mary, for Petitioner.

No Appearance for Respondent.

We deny the petition for writ of certiorari, because we conclude that the trial court, having granted pro hac vice status to attorney Ducote, is also empowered to revoke the privilege of appearing in this case, should the circumstances warrant such action.

PETITION DENIED.

HARRIS and ORFINGER, R.B., J.J., concur.
