DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by nonparty-appellant for an extension of time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered December 31, 2020.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition appellant perfect the appeal on or before May 27, 2022; and it is further, ORDERED that in the event appellant does not perfect the appeal by May 27, 2022, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may serve such application upon appellant in person.
