This case was previously calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 15, 2023, in Columbia, South Carolina.
On February 15, 2023, the parties filed a motion for continuance. On February 16, 2023, the Court granted the parties' motion for continuance and this case was restored to the general docket. Although this case was continued, the undersigned intended to retain jurisdiction of this case.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the Court's order dated parties' motion for continuance granted on February 16, 2023, at Docket Index No. 29 is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further
ORDERED that the parties' motion for continuance filed February 15, 2023, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's May 15, 2022, Columbia, South Carolina, trial session and is continued. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before April 24, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
