An appeal having been taken to this Court by defendant-appellant from a Supplemental Decision and Order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 6, 2018, And defendant-appellant having renewed his motion for leave to prosecute said appeal as a poor person, and for leave to have the appeal heard on the original record and upon a reproduced appellant's brief, and for other relief (see M-4081, decided October 9, 2018), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to said motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
