DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant Johnny Ferreira for a stay pending determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated April 14, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant Johnny Ferreira's appeal, filed under Index Number 65423-2019, is dismissed; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion is denied as moot.
Johnny Ferreira is not a party to the proceeding bearing Index Number 65423-2019, and is therefore not aggrieved by so much of the order as is appealable under that index number. His remedy would be to file a notice of appeal under the proper index number.
