This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida, trial session. On February 18, 2022, the parties filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial. By Order served February 24, 2022, the parties' Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On March 30, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report requesting this case be scheduled for trial at a two-week special trial session of the Court in Tampa, Florida, beginning February 19, 2024.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial in Tampa, Florida at a two-week special trial session of the Court beginning on February 19, 2024, at 10:00a.m. (Eastern Time) in Room 1201, Timberlake Federal Annex, 501 East Polk Street, Tampa, Florida, 33602. It is further

ORDERED that on or before May 24, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate if preferred) providing a proposed pretrial scheduling order for the Court's consideration.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
