We REINSTATE this appeal.

We abated this appeal for the trial court to make findings concerning the accuracy of the reporter's record. The trial court held a hearing on March 8, 2024 with appellant present and participating, and the trial court signed and filed findings of fact on March 14, 2024. The trial court found "that the record in Volumes 2 and 12, as previously certified by the two court reporters, is accurate." We accept the trial court's findings.

Appellant's brief is due APRIL 15, 2024.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to counsel for the State of Texas; and appellant at 712 S. Park Ln., Altus, OK 73521.
