The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.
The motion to dismiss this appeal as moot is DENIED. We cannot reasonably make a determination that this appeal is moot before appellants' brief on appeal has even been filed. Particularly, we cannot reasonably determine that it would be impossible for this Court to grant any relief to appellants as to any issue that they may raise in their appellants' brief before we even know with any certainty what those issues will be. See, e.g., Allen Park Retirees Ass'n v City of Allen Park, 329 Mich.App. 430, 442; 942 N.W.2d 618 (2019) (case is moot where it is impossible for a reviewing court to grant relief).
