BY ORDER OF THE COURT:

Because K.M. has failed to serve an initial brief as provided by this court's order of October 24, 2018, this appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute. The Department of Children and Families' and the Guardian ad Litem Program's joint motion to dismiss is denied as moot.
