619 So. 2d 522 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1993)

Opinion

No. 92-1985.

June 22, 1993.

An Appeal from an order of the Judge of Compensation Claims; Charles Vocelle, Judge.

Jonathan L. Alpert, Robert A. LeVine, and Catherine A. Kyres, of Alpert, Josey Grilli, P.A., Tampa, for appellants.

C. Daniel Akes, of Taylor Akes, Lakeland, for appellee.

Appellants, employer/carrier, appeal the judge of compensation claims' award of benefits to appellee. We affirm the order but declare that paragraph 3 of the decretal portion of the order should be construed as not awarding benefits for periods not yet claimed by appellee.

AFFIRMED.

ERVIN and WOLF, JJ., concur.
