ORDER

Per Curiam: L.M.S.C. appeals the judgments of the Circuit Court of Cole County terminating his parental rights to J.M.S.C. and R.L.S.C. In two points on appeal, he contends that the circuit court lacked jurisdiction to enter the judgments and that the judgments were against the weight of the evidence. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision has been provided to the parties. The judgments are affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
