ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is an appeal from a May 13, 2011, district court writ of restitution that ordered a commercial lease agreement terminated and entitled respondent to immediate restitution and full possession of the commercial premises. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Michelle Leavitt, Judge.
On September 28, 2011, this court entered an order to show cause, directing attorneys Andrew Taylor and John A. Hunt to clarify, by October 3, 2011, whether they represent appellant in this matter. In response, attorneys Taylor and Hunt filed responses, both stating that they do not represent appellant Justice Entertainment Group, Inc., in this appeal. Andrew Taylor has never been involved in this matter, and believes that another Andrew Taylor may be a party in the district court action. John A. Hunt states that he is and has been appellant's attorney in the underlying district court action, but has not filed an appeal and is not counsel for appellant in this appeal. This court's order to show cause warned appellant that if it failed to demonstrate representation, this appeal would be dismissed, since corporations are not permitted to proceed in proper person. Salman v. Newell 110 Nev. 1333, 885 P.2d 607 (1994). Accordingly, since representation was not demonstrated, we
