Upon review of the Responses to this Court's Order to Show Cause dated July 2, 2002, the Court has determined that it should decline to accept jurisdiction. It is ordered that the Petition for Review is denied. See G.W. v. State, No. SC01-1968 (Fla. May 28, 2002).
