DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 11, 2019. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to hold the appeal in abeyance pending certain proceedings in the Supreme Court, to extend the time to perfect the appeal, to direct that Shapiro, DiCaro & Barak appear for the respondent on the appeal until a consent to change attorney is filed, to amend the caption to delete Sylvia Zulli, and to waive the requirement that he file an electronic copy of the record or appendix and brief

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until July 23, 2021; and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the requirement that he file an electronic copy of the record or appendix and brief is denied as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[e]); and it is further, ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
