DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated January 10, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 15, 2012, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant-respondent's reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before May 30, 2012.
