MEMORANDUM OPINION
The Court has before it appellant's July 9, 2008 motion to dismiss as premature this appeal of a pre-judgment writ of garnishment.
We GRANT Appellant's motion and DISMISS this appeal. See Bowden v. Hunt, 571 S.W.2d 550, 551 (Tex.Civ.App.-Dallas 1978, no writ) (pre-judgment writ of garnishment not appealable interlocutory order).
