This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on September 13, 2021, in Boston, Massachusetts; the trial session will be conducted remotely. On August 23, 2021, pursuant to the Court's April 13, 2021, Standing Pretrial Order, the parties filed a Joint Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. The parties report that petitioner and the Internal Revenue Service Independent Office of Appeals (Appeals) have reached a basis for settlement in this case and that Appeals recently sent a decision document to petitioner for her signature. The parties further report that respondent expects to have received from petitioner and file with the Court the signed decision document before the first day of the September 13, 2021, Boston, Massachusetts Trial Session. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the September 13, 2021, Boston, Massachusetts Trial Session of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before September 17, 2021, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
