ORDER ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING APPEAL IN DOCKET NO. 56633
These are proper person appeals from an order of the district court denying a post-conviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Douglas W. Herndon, Judge.
Appellant's appeal from the district court's order was first docketed in this court in Docket No. 56633. The clerk of this court inadvertently docketed a second appeal in Docket No. 57103 as a separate matter when appellant filed a duplicate notice of appeal. Accordingly, we direct the clerk of this court to administratively close the appeal in Docket No. 56633 and transfer to Docket No. 57103 all documents filed or received in Docket No. 56633.
It is so ORDERED.
