On October 29, 2023, Randy Joy, the appellant proceeding pro se, filed appellant's brief. The brief does not comply with Rule 38.1 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See Tex. R App. P. 38.1. Specifically, the brief violates Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.1 because it does not contain a statement of facts with record references a proper legal argument with appropriate citations to the appellate record, and an appendix. See id R. 38.1(g), (i), & (k). These deficiencies may be because the appellate record is not due until January 19, 2024

Accordingly, we ORDER appellant's brief STRICKEN. Appellant is ORDERED to file appellant's brief er the appellate record has been filed and in accordance with the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure.
