Appeal from the Circuit Court of Peoria county; the Hon. HOWARD WHITE, Judge, presiding. Judgment affirmed as to defendants W.H. Nichols and Hazel Lynch, administrator of the estate of R.A. Lynch, deceased. Judgment reversed and cause remanded for a new trial as to defendants, Willard Mauerman and Francis Short.
