On January 11, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Notice of Deficiency and Strike as to 2014, 2015, and 2016 Income Tax Deficiencies. On February 6, 2024, petitioner filed an Objection to respondent's motion. On February 27, 2024, respondent filed a Response to petitioner's Objection.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 26, 2024, petitioner shall file a Response to respondent's Response.
