ORDER

This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's October 30, 2023, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, trial session.

On October 5, 2023, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. In the Commissioner's Motion, he states that Mr. Joseph has been nonresponsive to his communication attempts to resolve this case.

Upon due consideration of the Commissioner's Motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 23, 2023, Mr. Joseph shall file an objection, if any, to the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed October 5, 2023. Failure to file an objection may result in the Court granting the Commissioner's Motion.
