Motion by the appellant for leave to file a supplemental record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 13, 2012, containing a certain transcript.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before April 1, 2013, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the transcript attached to its motion papers.
