BROKERS, § 118.1affirmance of judgment against brokers. Where real estate brokers seeking recovery of brokers' commissions sued defendants jointly upon a brokerage contract allegedly made with both defendants, and evidence did not show a contract of brokerage with one of the defendants, and there was no request for separate findings, judgment in accordance with finding against brokers was affirmed.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. LEROY HACKETT, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the June term, 1949.
