Before the Court is appellant's March 2, 2022 motion to extend time to file his brief. We GRANT the motion and ORDER the brief received March 1, 2022 filed as of the date of this order.

We note the brief does not include the required certificate of service and is not double-spaced or supported by references to the appellate record as required by the rules of appellate procedure. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.4(d), 9.5(e), 38.1(g), (i). Accordingly, we ORDER appellant to file an amended brief that corrects the deficiencies no later than March 14, 2022.

Appellee's brief shall be filed within thirty days of the filing of the amended brief.
