Present — Clarke, P.J., Dowling, Smith, Merrell and McAvoy, JJ.; Dowling, J., dissenting on the ground that plaintiff's affidavits do not make out that the defendant corporation was doing business in the State of New York at the time of the service of the summons and complaint herein or at any time prior thereto.


Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion.
