ORDER

NELSON S. ROMÁN, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

On June 22, 2021, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause ordering Plaintiff to show cause in writing on or before July 23, 2021 why this matter should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute and informing Plaintiff that failure to comply with the Court's order would result in dismissal of this matter. The Court's order was mailed to Plaintiff and not returned to the Court as undeliverable.

Accordingly, the Court dismisses this case without prejudice. The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this order to pro se Plaintiff at the address on ECF, show service on the docket, and terminate this case.

SO ORDERED.
