No. 05-07-00712-CV (Tex. App. Aug. 9, 2007)

Opinion

No. 05-07-00712-CV

Opinion issued August 9, 2007.

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 5, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. cc-07-07365-b.

Before Chief Justice THOMAS and Justices BRIDGES and FITZGERALD.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On June 8, 2007, appellant filed a notice of appeal in this case. On June 12, 2007, we notified appellant in separate letters that the $125 filing fee and docketing statement were due. Each letter gave appellant ten days to pay the filing fee and file the docketing statement. We cautioned appellant that if she failed to comply with our directives within the time allowed, the appeal was subject to dismissal without further notice. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee, filed a docketing statement, or otherwise communicated with the Court regarding this appeal.

Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, we DISMISS the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 5, 32.1, 42.3(c); Appendix to the Tex. R. App. P. (B)(1)(a).
