State, 579 So.2d 311, 312 (Fla. 1st DCA 1991) ("Without a signed written order the threshold requirement for an appeal cannot be met because without the written signed order there is nothing to appeal."); Thomas Home Corp. v. Emerald Coast Utils. Auth., 315 So.3d 793 (Fla. 1st DCA 2021) ("A transcript cannot substitute as a written order.").
