ORDER
Appellant's counsel filed an Anders brief on March 9, 2023. The State filed a waiver on March 10, 2023. On March 22, 2023, appellant filed a motion for access to the record, which this Court granted by order issued on March 29, 2023. The pro se response was due on April 8, 2023. No Anders response was filed and the case was set for submission on July 25, 2023. On July 10, 2023, appointed counsel filed a motion for extension of time to file the pro se response because, although appellant received a copy of the clerk's record, he did not receive a copy of the reporter's record and counsel is attempting to obtain a copy of that for appellant.
Also on July 10, 2023, the pro se appellant filed a number of motions, including an amended motion for leave to obtain an extension of time to file his pro se response, a motion for access t6o the appellate record, a motion for bond and release, a motion to consolidate the response to both appeals, and a motion for leave to consolidate the two appeals.
On July 11, 2023, the Court received appellant's pro se response.
Given that counsel has advised that appellant did not have a copy of the reporter's record to prepare the pro se response, the Court grants the motion for extension of time to file a revised pro se response and orders this response due in 30 days from the date of this order.
The Court withdraws this case from submission on July 25, 2023.
