On November 19, 2021, we ordered appellant's supplemental brief filed in. In addition, we ordered a second sealed supplemental clerk's record containing ten items and a supplemental reporter's record of the juvenile court proceedings of May 31, 2016 and June 28, 2016 (and any other relevant dates, if any) and all exhibits filed by December 9, 2021. On January 10, 2022, the supplemental clerk's record was filed. To date, no supplemental reporter's record has been filed and the Court has had no communication from Martha (Marty) Grant concerning the supplemental reporter's record.
We again ORDER juvenile court reporter Marty Grant to transcribe the juvenile court proceedings of May 31, 2016 and June 28, 2016 (and any other relevant dates, if any) and to file them, along with all exhibits admitted, as supplemental reporter's records in this appeal WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS OF THE DATE OF THIS ORDER. In the event the reporter's record from the juvenile proceedings is sealed, we ORDER a copy of the sealing order to be "the first document that appears" in the supplemental reporter's record. Tex.R.App.P. 9.10(g). We caution Ms. Grant that the failure to file the supplemental reporter's record or otherwise respond to the Court by January 25, 2022 will result in her being ordered not to sit until she files the supplemental reporter's record.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Jennifer Bennett, Presiding Judge, 265th Judicial District Court; the Honorable Andrea Lane, Presiding Judge, 304th Judicial District Court; Georgina Ware, official court reporter, 265th Judicial District Court; acting official court reporter Debi Harris; Marty Grant, official court reporter, 304th Judicial District Court; and counsel for all parties.
