Plaintiff's "Request for Service by U.S. Marshall's [sic]" (Doc. No. 149, filed April 4, 2013) is GRANTED in part. The court construes the motion as a motion to amend the caption to substitute Defendant Mr. Griffin with Defendant J. Griffith, individually and in his official
capacity as Correctional Officer at FCI-Florence. The Clerk shall arrange for service by the United States Marshals Service of the operative complaint, Doc. No. 27, upon Defendant J. Griffith, a correctional officer at FCI-Florence. The motion is denied in all other respects.
