No. 93-03869.

March 24, 1995.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Polk County; Joe R. Young, Jr., Judge.

Murray D. Jones, pro se.

Carolyn Jones, pro se.

This is an appeal from a final judgment of dissolution of marriage. The appellee wife, Carolyn Jones, has confessed error and both parties have requested, in writing, that this cause be reversed and the final judgment of dissolution vacated.

We therefore reverse and vacate the final judgment of dissolution of marriage. The effect of this decision is to restore the marriage of the parties.

CAMPBELL, A.C.J., and THREADGILL and FULMER, JJ., concur.
