MEMORANDUM OPINION
This appeal has been pending since November 5, 2007. By order dated February 5, 2008, the Court granted appellant a fifteen-day extension of time to pay the filing fee and file the docketing statement. We warned appellant that no further extensions would be granted and if the fee was not paid and docketing statement not filed, we would dismiss the appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or filed a docketing statement. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 5, 42.3(c).
