ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Courtney D. Jones, Judge.

This case was called from the calendar of the Court's May 20, 2024 trial session for New York City, New York. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Respondent appeared and was heard. Prior to calendar call, on April 16, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 10, 2024, petitioner shall show cause in writing why respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution should not be granted and a decision entered in this case. Failure to respond to this order will likely result in the granting of respondent's motion and entry of decision against petitioner. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction of this case.
